All GBP prices are the total charged, including any applicable taxes. This is an online tattoo preparation service; no physical goods or delivery charges are included. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Credits become available after payment confirmation. An internet connection and a modern browser are required. Images use JPG, PNG or WebP. Downloads are PNG or text; artist briefs can be printed to PDF through the browser.

Consumer packs are one-time purchases. Wording £6.99 includes 3 AI checks and no image credits or human review. Starter £12 (3 image credits), Complete £29 (8 image credits), Human Review £69 and Concierge £119 add the allowances shown before checkout. Your purchase confirmation records the price actually paid; earlier purchases retain their original allowances. Each successful AI image request uses one image credit; failed provider requests restore that credit. Human feedback is delivered privately after project submission. Review timing is agreed with the reviewer through the account; contact us before purchase for appointment deadlines. Human Review allows one follow-up revision, Concierge three. AI output is guidance, not human verification. Reviewers state the scope of language they can assess. Designs and previews are approximate: the tattoo artist must confirm artwork, lettering, physical scale, placement and stencil.

UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, including after beginning to use digital tools. No waiver of this policy is required. Email, use account support, or write to the operator. Give your name, purchase date and order reference and state that you wish to cancel. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of the request. Refunded credits and related paid access are withdrawn. Statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content and services remain unaffected.

Studio Pro renews monthly until cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access to the end of the paid period. Solo includes 25 intakes per calendar month, Pro 100, Studio 300. Allowances reset in UTC and do not roll over. One owner login is included. Consumer AI credits, tattoo appointments, booking payments and artist fees are separate. Consumer cancellation rights apply if buying as a consumer.

Use only images you have permission to use. You choose when to send photographs to OpenAI or save them privately in your account. Photos are not saved in local drafts. Keep your account recovery code private. Optional comparison links can be seen by anyone with their link until expiry or revocation; body photos cannot be shared in comparisons.
